To ensure the protection of MSC and its affiliates, MSC requests to submit documents for specific geographical regions where there could be a higher number of unclaimed and abandoned cargo activity, proper loading and off-loading of goods by the shipper and the end-customer, handling of the containers, governmental regulations and/or any other activity that could pose damages/liability to the shipping line. By filling out and submitting the proper documentation, the customer assumes full responsibility for their shipping activities with MSC and its affiliates.
